SYD DAY 2; USYD &N2

Konbanwa Mina-san! ( *¯ ³¯*)♡

we started the day late due to a certain Korean that had the need to put her face on before we left for brunch. we walked to the train station and then went all the way to the University of Sydney for comparison reasons. Honestly the campus like a mixture of QUT (buildings) AND UQ (landscape); maybe even a little bit of BSHS due to the overpass between campuses. some images for the Hogwarts like buildings below:

After that we went for brunch at “Twelve” (has a similar atmosphere to “Lost Boys” at the valley).
Summary of dishes below:
+Eggs Benedict w/bacon, fretta and avocado (bottom)
Every element of this dish was on point. The egg was perfectly poached and all the flavours of the dish worked well together.
+Calamari Fritti (not pictured)
This calamari was very soft and the aioli sauce completed the dish wonderfully
+Caesar Salad w/ poached egg (top left)
This dish was below average mainly due to the insufficient dose of dressing.
+Chicken Penne (top right)
Great dish tbh. It wasn't too creamy to the point where I'd easily get sick of it and the sauce was just right. However the chicken breast was a tad too dry for my taste.
+Doppio Coffee
Honestly my first time tasting this  drink and it was as bitter as my soul. Had to add more than 6 packets of sugar just to finish the drink.
= OVERALL: All the dishes minus the Caesar salad was worth the price. I can't comment objectively on the doppio coffee mainly because this was my first time trying it and I have nothing to compare it to but this coffee would be perfect for someone who really appreciates coffee.

After brunch we set out on foot to find N2. we completely missed it and ended up walking up and down the streets trying to find it. the only positive from this was that we found a vintage handmade store that sold extremely cute necklaces and had a wide range of doctor who charms.

At N2 we had the following;

+Raspberry Aperto Gelato (incl. Alcohol, GF)
I personally loved this option. I'm pretty sure there was a mixture of white chocolate in the ice cream as the raspberry flavour did not over power the entire mixture. Additionally as you confines eating there would be bursts of flavour from the little chunks of raspberry.
+Choc Caramel Creme Egg (GF)
It was a caramel flavour overall with a hint of peanut butter ice cream. The creme brulee was the highlight of the dessert. However depending onb your tastes 2 scoops maybe a bit too much.
+Dulce De Cha-ja (incl. Alcohol, GF)
Basically a nice representation of naughty and nice in a little tub of  ice cream. Friend ain't cooperating so I can't fully describe the dessert but it was a fun dessert with a sringe filled with rum inserted into the ice cream.
= OVERALL: so depending on how you like the consistency of your ice cream this maybe a bit and miss as it does melt pretty quickly. However the fruity flavours were incredibly good and I would definitly have it again; this is coming from someone who doesn't partically like raspberry flavours.

Buss-ed to the city and got jumped by the transport people. Thank god we used our opal cards today hahah (all day travel for only $2.50). Window shopped around the high end stores and then we split up to explore the city area. I HAD FOUND GONGCHA MY SAVING GRACE OF ALL GRACES. HOORAH FOR FREE DRINKS COUPONS. We did more window shopping and bumped into this veeeeeeeery cuuuute shop staff dude; no pics cause he was always in view point fml.

We then regrouped and trained home and bought for our home stay fambam.

I'm such a nice cousin buying my relatives tardis charms and all
ciao
